What exactly is a monograph?
A short, focused lesson on a leadership concept. Each Leadership Blueprint monograph is 3–5 pages, includes a guided exercise, and is available in text and audio narrated by Paul de la Garza.
What will I pay?
You pay $7 for the first 30 days. After that, your membership continues at $19 per month. Monthly group coaching and replay access are included. You can cancel at any time.
What do I receive when I join?
Your Fast Start Bundle includes your first monograph and the Welcome Video. New monographs arrive twice a month. The Delegation Playbook is included as it releases.
Is the monthly coaching included?
Yes. Your membership includes a live monthly group coaching session with Paul de la Garza and access to the replay. Individual executive coaching is a separate service.
Do I need leadership training or a large team?
No prior training is required. The series is designed for owners, executives, and managers who are willing to apply the exercises to their own leadership situations.
Is the full LeadersEdge Scale app included?
